The following boards will be used:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Heat 1:<\/strong> Russia, Italy or Benelux<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Heat 2:<\/strong> Brazil, France or Central Europe<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Note: In all Heats, if the entire table agrees you may play on any map.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Deck 1 will be used in all rounds.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Randomly determine the initial player order. Then each player (in order) selects one region to be in play. You may select any region with the caveat that all regions must be contiguous when the last player has selected.<\/div>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\">ELIMINATION ROUNDS<\/h5>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Semi-final board:<\/strong> Middle East<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Final board:<\/strong> Players Choice! All game winners will advance automatically to the semi-finals &amp; the remaining seats will be filled by the closest second-place players. The banker&#8217;s transactions must be verified by another player.<\/div>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\">TIEBREAKERS<\/h5>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">At the end of each game, players are ranked by the number of cities supplied with power with any ties broken by the amount of ending cash.
