Kids 12 and under will be admitted FREE with an accompanying adult for OPEN GAMING only. Otherwise, youngsters looking to enter a tournament will need a regular badge at the rates specified above.
Accommodations for COVID 19
No COVID restrictions are currently planned. Attendees may wear masks if desired, and masks will be available at the registration desk.

Refunds
The EuroQuest pre-registration fee is a discounted rate extended in exchange for a guarantee to attend. Therefore, except in unusual circumstances, refunds are generally not available. Any applications for refunds or carry over of registrations should be directed to the attention of the EuroQuest convention director at dr.bob.oliver@icloud.com on or prior to the start of your pre-registered dates. GCOM and EuroQuest have no authority or obligation to refund any hotel deposit.
